Return Policy At NanaMali, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy. You may return items within 28 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be: - Unused and in the same condition that you received it. - In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation and a note stating the reason for your return. 4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
